A Final Touch Decks and Pools

"We had our above ground pool liner replaced by this company. The owner subcontracted the work out without ever even looking at our pool. We ended up with our "professionally" installed pool liner with many dips/footpronts and at least 20 sharp rocks under the liner. We brought this to their attention and his solution was to come out with a towel on a board and push the rocks down. One season later and the rocks are all still there. No solution was given for the dips and footprints. Very frustrating that we diy'd our previous pool liner installation and it was WAY better quality. It is embarrassing to have people swim at our pool now as these issues are very noticeable! The dips are fairly large and impossible to vacuum. The rocks feel like little knives under the liner. I am also sure that these issues will effect the longevity of the liner."

"I didn’t use this company but the crew said their “boss” drove through my side yard and destroyed my lawn. Based on the reviews here it doesn’t seem worth my time to get him to pay for it because many people say this guy dodges calls and doesn’t follow up for issues more serious than my lawn. This is the way they operate. Don’t use them."
