"I have used Scotts fertilizer and application schedule for years. I am sorry to say my application of summer fertilizer was and is very disappointing. The fertilizer DID NOT GREEN MY YARD AND DID IN FACT BURN MY LAWN. The guarantees not to BURN DID not apply to this application. I have a group of large areas that DID BURN and overall DID not GREEN. I followed all directions exactly and it did not WORK. Maybe I got a bad batch. Now I have to repair large sections of my yard which was very nice. I am not sure what the guarantees mean but now I am out my money and time, hurt my lawn and repair is required. Very disappointed and I will probably switch to a different fertilizer after 9 these years."
