"Cherie has been fantastic to work with. She responded quickly and was able to talk through the issue we were having over the phone, after hours on a Friday! Her front end staff we extremely polite and accommodating; I felt heard when I explained the issues we were having and the importance of timely resolution. They sent John out the next day and he was a breath of fresh air. With all the other contractors we’ve dealt with, John has been the best. Knowledgeable, punctual, thoroughly explained the situation and different ways we could remediate it. 100% would recommend this company. Will use again any time I need support with my pool."

"MVP installed our pool late last year. Due to heavy rains and an unfinished yard, we had a large amount of mud and rocks flow into our pool. I called Cherie in a panic. Her team came out and determined our best option was to replace the liner. She worked with us to find our liner for a good cost and reinstalled it with no labor cost. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service, the initial installation and the 2nd installation. I have heard horror stories of pool installs with other companies.
