"My experience has been great with Buckeye Pools. I’ve used them for several years after buying a house with a pool. They installed a new sand filter, a salt system and painted the pool. Recently I had an issue with the caulking of the pool. They came in drained the pool and repaired the caulking and painted it. They covered the cost under the warranty from when they painted pool. Excellent service and the techs have always been helpful when here giving me advice on caring for the pool. The office staff promptly answers my emails when needing assistance. I would recommend Buckeye Pool for your pool needs."
"If you expect future pool and customer service from a company after installation, I would NOT have Buckeye install your pool. I called a couple years ago in May to have Buckeye take a look at our pool and they told me it wouldn’t be until after July 4th that they could come out and look at our pool to see what was wrong with it. Ok, maybe I called a little too late in the year. I called them today, in February, and got the exact same response. Identical. They would not be able to come out until after July 4th. So it doesn’t matter when you call to have them take a look at your pool for service, they won’t come take care of it. After reading these reviews I see this is common practice for them. I also see in the reviews that it is protocol for them to ask if they installed the pool. They installed ours, but don’t be fooled, they don’t care if they installed it or not. You still will be put at the bottom of the list. To have such an expensive item installed and to maintain, you would think they would be more professional and responsive. Find another company to install other than Buckeye. You will not regret it."
"Contacted Buckeye Pools today after months of mistreatment by another pool company and was impressed by the responsiveness and care shown. I spoke with Chris, who walked through what might be happening with our equipment and he was courteous and happy to get us on the schedule to send someone out to see what's happening. The interactions I had today make me feel like I can trust Buckeye and I'm happy to do business with them in the future."
