"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience with our pickup order. Over $400 worth of groceries were stacked like a tower in the back of our vehicle by an employee Nick. Bread smashed, chips crushed, frozen food packages busted, eggs broken, ice cream busted and out of the container, etc. when we unloaded our groceries. I called to speak to the pick-up Manager who said “I could come in” and get a refund or go to the app and get the customer service number for a refund. I told him coming in defeats the purpose of why I placed a pickup order in the first place, and I’m not going to waste anymore of my time searching for a number when he as the manager could provide that for for me. He said he didn’t have it, was extremely rude, and not helpful at all. My husband ended up calling and got a refund of over $40 of damaged groceries. Clearly this Kroger lacks training for their employees on how to pack a vehicle and hiring the appropriate people in upper management to handle customer’s complaints. We won’t be doing Kroger pick-up from this location ever again. Choose Lebanon or the Centerville location on Feedwire. Kroger- do better. Customers- DO NOT SHOP HERE."

"Well I have to say their grocery pickup is not the best, it's a good thing it's free. There's not been one time that my order has been right. The last three months I am always missing something, I keep trying to see if I can go home and all my stuff will be there and not have to make another trip there. Now I don't use it every time only when I am sick or having problems walking around. They are always nice when I call and fix it but I hate driving back to get my stuff. Also the managers need to learn how to order for their areas they are always out of common stuff. When I order or go in shopping."

"This Kroger is absolutely awful. I was purchasing potatoes and I was confused using a digital coupon. An employee terribly explained the digital coupon to me and told me I need to pay full price and couldn't use it. I disregarded the situation and bought the potatoes anyways. I then went to customer service to ask a question and the same employee followed me without me knowing and told the manager about the digital coupon, explaining the situation out of context to him. I was furious and stated, "I didn't walk here to speak about that." The manager ignorantly and repetitively said "she's just taking care of you." When I tried to reason with him I got the same answer back. He also kept assuming things that didn't even happen, awful manager very unprofessional. A few minutes later an employee walked in on the situation without knowing any details, said "I am witness and that employee did nothing wrong." Very disgusting. If want to get followed, not able to explain yourself, and get assumptions made against you come to this Kroger."

"THE worst ! Go ANYWHERE else but here. The quality is minimal at best. Low stock. The staff appears to be overwhelmed. Prices are high unless you specifically download their app to retrieve coupons. Deli salads look old - I requested the healthy vegan salad that they carry.. Rotten smell.. YUCK ! One register open on Friday evening. Customers irate. Never ever again !"
