"We were given a free Sundance hot tub in July and said it worked except the heater probably needed replaced. Well there was more to it. The circulation pump wasn't coming on even after I replaced it and the flow switch. So I called and spoke with Mick to set up an appointment. But first he talked to me and said to try some different things to see If I could get the Flo error to stop flashing. Well none of those things worked and he came out this morning and after about 5-10 minutes of taking readings determined the circuit board was bad for that part of the system. However he was able to bypass that part of the circuit so the pump would run and the heater started working which will work for now. He is a really nice guy , knowledgeable and honest! I am sure if it was any other company they would have wanted to just replace the circuit board. That is where his 25 years of experience came in and he knew how to solve the problem. A+ rating from us!"
