"Good resource to check out what's going on in the Headlands Marsh. With trails and paths to follow, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature and get a little exercise- hiking or walking, running, exploring with little ones. Great for photographers and birding too. SO. MANY. BIRDS! You will likely see a passer-by or two on the paths (local runners, young families). Definitely a great launch pad for a day outdoors, or to learn something at one of the educational events! Staff is informative--they are not always the center. Warmer, humid weather brings out the bugs and allergens In Force, so plan accordingly. You don't have to go to the nature center to enjoy the different trails around the headlands- look around on Google maps. The Carol H Sweet Nature Center is The Place for all things "nature-related" in the headlands marsh. Happy trails!"
