"I never ever leave google reviews. But I had an extremely poor experience at this great clips. I went in for a fade, and that’s it. The woman who cut my hair completely butchered it. Everything was unevenly cut, there was no fade, they ruined my hair completely. Also, as I was cashing out, a man said “John Doe, it looks you finally didn’t mess up a haircut” and everyone was laughing. It was completely clear to me they all knew they had butchered my hair and were all laughing at me. Beyond embarrassing and an absolute joke. Do better. Fortunately, I went to another great clips in town and they were willing to fix my hair free of charge. I would avoid this shop at all costs."

"I wish these pictures were fake, but no. This is what happened today at Great Clips. The butcher bounced the clippers around my head. Nothing was even. I asked for #2 clipper on the sides and after she started I knew she used a #1, but you can't make it longer except with time. After I checked the clippers, it was a #1. I was so shocked I just paid and left. I had never had such a gorgeous haircut there before and I probably had about 20 cuts there in the past year and a half. If you walk in and had the same staff for that long, then you go in and see two new people, run. I called to complain and was told the franchise owner would call. There had been no call. Go anywhere else. Go to a lawn company, they cut grass more evenly than Becky at Great Clips can cut hair."

"This place is brand new and is nice and clean. Great location. Friendly staff. They were patient with all my kids and myself getting cuts. They are very kid friendly and were were still all 5of us in and out within an hour. Thank you guys for the great experience."
