"Well, I came in needing help finding makeup for my birthday. I was not greeted at all, but whatever. It was a lot of employees standing around and doing nothing. I circled the store for over 20 minutes, and I honestly needed help. I don't know makeup at all, so I know I looked confused and needed help. So many employees walked by me without asking if I needed help. Some were standing around in groups talking about whatever, noticing I'm aimlessly walking around but I never got help. I saw other people being asked if they needed help, but for some reason I got skipped. It got to the point where I just asked one of the workers to help me. Jaymes did not seem like he really wanted to help me, but he still did. He is very nice, and so is Diana. Jaymes helped me match my foundation, but that came with attitude. "Are there any testers out that you can use".. nooo that is why I am asking you. For help. Diana was the sweetest person!! Other than those two, this was an awful experience."

"She got the green out of my hair I dyed my hair purple it turned out a dark blue and I tried to get it out at home it was this green when I went in please excuse the make up on my shirt. I tried to get a picture of the highlights I didn't know I'd like (I thought I was going all blonde mentioned it before and at the appointment) I was also sad my hair didn't get straightened I had type 3c 3b curls (not like the pictures I took today)"

"This ulta is always short staffed. The poor new staff are left with little help. I did a return on October 1st and I could tell she was struggling and her manager was little help. She handed me a receipt for the return and I left because the line was growing. I waited 10 business days for the return to go on my card and it never did. I called the store which took 10 minutes to get through to and the girl who picked up was extremely distracted because they were so busy, she said there was nothing she could do I’d have to call corporate. Now I submitted to corporate on October 21st and they couldn’t do anything for me that day because it had to be elevated to their “specialized team” for further review. Now it’s November 3rd and I have no answer and no refund."

"Not very good. Walked in on time for my appointment. Went to salon area since that's where I made my appointment. Rude stylist didn't acknowledge me left me standing there for about, 10 y and talked about walk ins rudely. Then finally am employee asked if she could help me then directed me to where they do eye lashes. They glued on my eye lashes at 1040 they fell off by 2pm. Waste of money and time."
