"We decided to stop here after some shopping nearby and the place was busy but with a few tables still open. You order at a kiosk that is just inside the doors and then pick up your food from the counter when your name is called. The ordering process was easy and quick. Our food was ready within minutes of placing the order but my order was incorrect. The person that was wiping tables, took my food and got it fixed straight away. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. Well lit dining area and reasonable prices. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I ordered the Chili Mac, which was just chili spaghetti, the chili was rather sweet, and I ordered it with cheese (didn’t receive the cheese, but they were quick to fix), they left my milkshake in the window to melt. My daughter’s food was ice cold. I was with a party of 10, we all ordered separately and at different rates. They didn’t call for two of the people that I was with. They don’t have servers anymore, and they also don’t have anyone really keeping an eye on the dining area, wiping anything down, or just double checking that the customers were alright. We got a take out meal as well, and I’m hoping that was at least put together correctly."

"We had a decent experience. You can only order from the kiosk now but it does make the process quicker during peak hours. Unfortunately, our order was served incorrectly (missing cheese fries) but they were quick to correct this. Overall, the food was good except for the chili and aside from missing an item, customer service was as to be expected from a fast food restaurant."

"------ New Review! ------ I was very much satisfied with our experience this morning. The staff was quick to be helpful to no only us, both others. The food overall was cooked well and tasted fantastic. My only complaint was that the chili had a little too much salt cooked with it, other than that it was all fantastic and satisfying. My girlfriend and I will Definitely be returning! ------ Old Review ------ Overall, the food was good; little cold, but good. The service was good, however our order was made incorrectly, even after being taken from the mobile order computer. Only other complaint is that the price per quantity of food went up a lot. It's not entirely worth the money for what you get right now. The service was "quick" to fix our order, thus the 4 star."
