"I went through there earlier today on my receipt it says 3:32 p.m. and it looks like Natalie P was my cashier. This girl was very nice and polite and friendly. She didn't have the fake smile you see everywhere else like McGreasies. I just grabbed a Chicken Power bowl on my way home from training racing pigeons. It's been a while since I have made a review and I gave her five stars but the restaurant only gets 4 stars. 4 stars is I liked it. Things were a bit slow but that's the normal at every fast food joint. The reason I left the review was to mention the cashier who was worth mentioning. Good help like her is hard to find. I will be back! By the way it takes something really special to get 5 stars from me. Texas Roadhouse still hasn't gotten it yet because of their poor service and I absolutely love their steaks."

"The cashier guy rang up my order correct but who ever made the order messed it up. Early this morning around 2-3am 2/9/24. Mexican pizza (no bean) of course it still had bean. 2 taco Supremes no lettuce. They got the no lettuce right but where was my sour cream and tomato? Also they were soft tacos not crunchy like in the menu picture? The last 3 times I've visited this place I've order taco Supremes no lettuce and they always remove the sour cream and tomato as well? If I didn't want those items then why would be paying more ordering the Supremes? I would just order regular tacos no lettuce. I think I'm done visiting this place. Your business has failed me."

"Do NOT eat here. They are always “out” of something, basic stuff like beef, lettuce, tortilla shells, cheese, etc. Service is always poor and rude. Just drive an extra mile to the one on bridge street. That one isn’t much better but at least they aren’t always out of something. Worst taco bell I’ve been too, and I’ve given it like a dozen chances."

"This is the absolute worst Taco Bell. had a mobile order with 4 combo boxes and one item from every box was missing. I’d understand if it was one box missing but how do you manage to miss something on every combo? Save your time and money and go yo western ave"

"This location was a huge waste of money I don't know why I keep wasting my time it's more beneficial to dive across town to the "good" tacobell they seem to ruin my order both times I've been here how can you miss up a simple soft taco order with a 5 layer Bonito it soesnt even sound the same.... you can be polite all day if you make sure your customers order is correct you shouldn't be in business. Thus store won't last long at this rate"
