"My steak was raw, my hisbands french fries were old and cold and his chicken strips were burnt up and so hard he cut his mouth on the inside! We had to get our own plates, napkins and silverware and were never offered any refills on water and didnt have anything to drink for an hour because we were there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was an awful experience!"

"second time visiting this location. first time was great. this time was terrible. steaks were dry (looked like beef jerky on plate),burger was not the greatest either, fries cold,potatoes dry as well. we drove 1 hour to get there just to eat because grand parents loved it first time. we all will not be going to this location again. the 3 something rate first time was almost a no go because I personally never go to anything before 4 rating. I now see why the lower rating. we normally eat Applebee's in other places and always great but this is closest one to grandparents house which is still hour away."

"We arrived at 7pm. We asked for a table (they had a ton open but they had chairs already up on tables) so they insisted on a booth. Luckily the tables move because my husband is a bigger guy and otherwise wouldn't have been able to sit there comfortably. I ordered a strawberry balsamic salad. It didn't have strawberries on it (and no explanation as to why). Also the menu stated that salads come with a breadstick but didn't get that either. There was barely any business there but after we got our food we didn't see the waitress again until we were done eating and were given our check. If I hadn't of been hungry I wouldn't have ate just so I could have asked about the berries and breadstick. When we did deal with the waitress she was very nice. Oh and the fries with NY husband's burger were pretty good. I can't say that I will choose to come again just because the stuff that was wrong didn't seem to have a solution available to us."

"Firstly I was there shortly after 9pm. The food came out exceptionally fast. I ordered the 4 cheese Mac. The food was hot, but the sauce looked as if it was sitting for hours. It had that dry film look to it. The bartender was a little cranky and the atmosphere felt as if no one wanted to be there. There were only three tables with patrons while I was there. The place felt dead and slightly unwelcoming. I would hesitate to eat there again."

"Shrimp, blackened salmon and waffle fries were delicious. Had enough to take home for another meal."
