"Food was ok, they were fairly light on ingredients which seems to usually be the case. It appeared there were some employees (this is my assumption based on clothing color/style and context from employee) in the parking lot smoking weed in a car. The smell was outrageously loud even as I drove by with my windows up. I will not be returning here. There's a time and place if you're going to do this...work is not it. The woman at the window was very friendly! (This did not happen on the day of my review)"

"I waited for 15 minutes for the food in the drive thru. Shorted a meal and had go in to get the rest. Get home 5 minutes later to unwrap cold food with a taco that’s soggy and broken. Not to mention the food order was incorrect. Employee did not give my receipt back after I returned the food. Definitely needs new management that can instruct employees on proper procedures on how to correctly serve customers."

"I get food here pretty often, as far as taco Bells go? 9/10 Usually go through the App to get my order in. Had a few problems with my orders, but they usually do recognize the issue and make up for it fast enough (item made wrong, missing, or not available) the crew thinks on their feet which is refreshing."

"Poor customer service. Employee has his underwear showing cause he won't pull his pants up. When u order Xtra meat u don't get it. It's dirty floor. This was my all time favorite restaurant, I will not be coming back to the chillicothe store on bridge st again."
