"past couple times I've been here lately at night have been pretty good so wanted to give a shout out , food was fresh and well made , not long of a wait, and friendly workers"
"Food potions has dropped. When I dine in, I usually have to order from the kiosk because there is no cashier available. Drink machine areais usually unkept. When I use the drive through, staff os usually on their phone or goofing around."
"Today, they got my order mixed up with someone else in the drive thru. I realized as I was pulling onto the highway. I turn around and went inside to let them know. I was going to just eat what was given to me, but it was truly stuff I didn’t like. Either way, they were super nice and fixed the mistake immediately. There were tons of people who seemed to be a bit impatient. I totally get it! It’s fast food and I understand you want your food fast, it’s called fast food for a reason. However, I just wanted to leave a review because they truly seemed really low staffed and had a line wrapped around the building. They have multiple “Now Hiring” signs around the entire place. And although they made a mistake, the customer service was still phenomenal and I felt they need some recognition. This is my favorite Taco Bell for a reason!"
"For a fast food place, and Taco Bell isn’t my usual spot, I must say that the customer service here was pretty excellent. They were quick, courteous, efficient, and the food was hot and fresh. Kudos to the management and staff at this location."
"The crew working this afternoon did a great job. We had a pretty large order. Everything came out correct and pretty quick. They even took the time to write on the wrappers so we knew which items were special."
