"I purchased a really pretty hat at the Texas Renaissance fair, after wearing it for a while I realized it was a bit too big and it was constantly sliding all around my head, so we stopped back by to let them know. We were told it could be fixed or sized down but that I would be responsible for paying shipping costs. After some talking they offered to work with me but I was just really disappointed because I felt a little like a quick sell. I wasn't fitted correctly, and I didn't know any better. The Hats are truly lovely but take your time buying and ensure it fits you correctly before leaving. In the end I opted not to bother with getting it fixed because I had no idea when I'd get it back or how long it would take since it would be going to Ohio, so that was my choice. Now I have a $200+ hat that is too big, definitely regret that purchase."
