"A nice sized thrift store with a wide selection of merchandise. Something for everyone! Large variety of clothes and homewares to choose from. Furniture and toys are plentiful. Also brand new pet items. New inventory daily with their drive-thru donations area on the side of the building. Helpful and friendly staff! Sales going on daily! Highly recommend this Goodwill in Hilliard!"
"Usually pretty neat and clean depending on who is working that particular day. I love to search for bargains and I find at least one on each trip. I'm only giving four stars because their pricing is very inconsistent and sometimes on the high-end. I don't want to pay brand new store price for a tote that is covered in dirt that I'm going have to go home and scrub. For that I'll just go to the store. I don't know who does a pricing if it's one person or several but some things are for sure overestimated for their condition and age. Staff is friendly however and always has a smile when I'm checking out."
"A prehistoric microwave is $25 and a blanket is $90 here. Wth. I see a lot of things from Dollar Tree, also marked up waaay over what they're bought for. All used clothing is overpriced. They exploit workers and pay less than a living wage. This stuff is donated, so where is the money going, exactly? Another expensive vehicle or vacation for the CEO? The store is always a mess and aisles are so close together you can't get a cart through. If someone is already in the aisle you have to wait for them to finish browsing or risk getting stuck if multiple people are trying to browse. Clothing and sizes are unorganized and jammed so much on the racks they're hard to look through. You're better off shopping at Five Below, Walmart, or hitting up Amazon. It's just not worth it to shop here anymore."
"Love this goodwill! It is my favorite in Columbus. Store is nicely organized and clean. Employees are professional and courteous. This store usually has higher end electronics and clothes.the secret to finding treasures is to see what you need in your life and then to SEE what the possibilities are that are around you.:)"
