"Today, my partner & I walked into Value City, West broad location & was greeted by Rick Stuber. We originally were going to go to the East Broad street location but we found out the amazing sales person we were going to work with, Jeff, sadly passed away. Rick’s presence reminded me so much of Jeff, I knew we were meant to work with Rick. Rick was so patient, listened to all of our needs and wants. A beautiful spirit. We appreciate Rick so much & will definitely be working with him in the future. Thank you Rick for making this process as smooth & pleasant as possible."

"For Value City - West Broad. The men who delivered my couch and table, Trevor and Corey, were awesome! They arrived early and quickly got to work. We received the items they had, asked where in the house they were going and wasted no time! Seriously, the whole process took no more than 30 minutes. They put the couch and table together and they were on their way - after I gave them some cold water! They asked if I had any questions and if I liked everything and made sure I was happy with their service! Now we just wait for some chairs :)"

"I furnished my entire house from Value City at West Broad Location…. The first time me and my wife went there, we had such a great experience at this location. Zack was accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was very patient while I figured out what furniture was going to work best in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure things were in order and spent the time needed to get it done right. We were thrilled with the service Zack provided and how he exceeded expectations with the entire process. So we decided to give them another visit to furnish the rest of the house…the second time was just great as the first. We had Collin and Joe that day, they were fabulous and entertaining as well!. We really appreciated all of the help throughout the process and will definitely recommend this Value City to our family and friends for their future furniture needs!"
