"Store added many, many more self-serve lanes but they are not open despite the fact the POS machines were operational and in use some weeks ago. Wait time over the pandemic was not too bad in self-serve but now with the new machines installed, you'd think all those extra lanes would mean shorter waits, but wait time is very long because those lanes are now not open. Many employees just standing around, can't they be trained to monitor self-serve so the many, many new POS machines (which were working OK some weeks ago) could be used to speed checkout? Many full-time on-site local workers come for groceries after a long hard day only to be greeted by extremely rude door staff, extremely rude employees on the sales floor who are unwilling or unable to assist, some rapidly pushing trolleys and nearly running down customers or blocking aisles so shoppers cannot get items. Kudos to the one nice clerk who checked me out last week and the one nice sales floor gentleman who is helpful and polite, but overall, this location just doesn't seem to care. I walked out when there was no milk available because I wasn't going to wait 20 minutes in line with other items that weren't as critical for purchase that I'll just have to find at a different Walmart location since competitors don't carry some items. One of worst Walmart locations in the area. This is a management issue, you can't blame employees who aren't being trained/don't know better. I have retail experience and am a hiring manager where I work and I would never tolerate employee behavior/lack of training I see here. Support/train employees or lose customers."

"Today was super crowded and chaotic. Just a few days before Christmas. I was able to find what I needed and some things were a little less at the checkout and that always makes me feel good about shopping. Employees were very helpful. Especially Paula in the bakery! The store was clean, check- out was quick! I will shop here again."

"Best Walmart in the region. Usually I’m not a big fan of Walmart supermarket, but this location was really good. The store was neat and clean, well stocked, and was neatly organized. Every section was updated with products. I have only seen good Walmarts in the NWA region- however, this location was very comparable to that."
