"Drove from Chicago to purchase the playoff 8s only to find out they were selling the shoe for $250 + tax. I asked why is the shoe more than retail at a corporate store. The worker said”that’s how much they cost.” I opened SNKRS and showed them retail was $210 + tax the worker says “you gotta ask the manager.” I asked the manager.. He said “people selling them online for $450.” Made no sense the shoe isn’t $450 but I didn’t know stores can just make up prices? I reached out to JB and Nike about this… Very weird…if you like being scammed into paying more than a shoe actually costs then this is the place for you I would ever recommend this store to anyone. Trash. I know the difference between a retail store and a resell store. I guess this is a resell store"

"I visit this store today with my 10 year old son. He wanted new shoes there was a pair of Jordan’s he wanted I asked for a 7.5 he told me it was the last pair. He tricked me it was a size 8! I asked if he could try on with a insert due to that pair was a recycle shoe and it was a little big. The manager also told me the rt policy was exchange only. That’s why I asked about a insert he didn’t want to help me and walked away. I had also wanted to by a pair of Jordan’s and he told me I had to buy another pair of shoes in order to buy that shoe. There was no sign that you had to do that along with the pair of show I was trying to buy for my son. I would of bought two pair of shoes if not son could of tried on the insert. The manager was rude and not helpful I will never do business there. That place is not worth spending my money with a rude manger that said he is the owner and don’t have a corp number to call on. If I could I would give no stars on the review!"
