"I used to love coming here 3x/month and spend over $1k at times. Recently I have not been able to shop like before due to pricing being “marked wrong” per employees at check out. Now I only spend about less than $50 and only come 1x/month. I see a lot of items marked super high but those items are not taken out which doesn’t make sense. If something is priced wrong don’t put out for sale. It’s like going to a garage sale but the owner doesn’t want to sell the item anymore. Just don’t put it out! There’s enough staff to check items for pricing before it goes out on the floor."
"The place looked like a tornado had run through it. There was a lot of stuff to look through and if you had the time and desire you could spend some time searching through the racks. The prices were good but you had to be aware of your purchases, 2 of the items I wanted to purchase had holes/slits in the arms. The employees were great but just seemed overwhelmed with the volume of merchandise and shoppers (full disclosure, we did go on Saturday afternoon). It requires a special trip to go there as we live a fair distance away so not sure if it's worth it to us to come back."
"The store is very hit or miss; however, it's such fun shopping for the deals. I was helped recently by the new manager Amber when I was considering purchasing the Bamboo baskets pictured. She offered great advice, was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. The baskets look lovely in my new home. I also love how she adds order to the store. I also received support from Eric and he is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful."
