"I like the store, I usually find some really cute items but the staff kinda ruin my experience every time. I have grabbed items that were on a rack for a sale participation and have it not ring up and them not help me in any way. No explanation on why there were not included, what was included or why the sign was on the rack filled with the items I grabbed. Nothing. Just (oh. It’s on certain items” explain where I grabbed, what the sign said “yeah it’s only on certain items” sooo not the rack with the sign. Is it different items that a similar? Nothing.) I placed a in store pick up order (should take maybe 3 days tops in hopes to make it a easier shopping experience) Over a week no update. I went in store to check on it/get some insight to their process and they just shrugged and said they had to look for the items still. It was in process. No update on how long or what their process is like nothing. Everything time I check out I feel like I’m bothering them and causing a great inconvenience. I work retail, I understand we have bad days, there is a lot of frustration, but like we can’t return a smile or a hello? We can’t answer a questions? I’m deeply confused and disappointed in this location"

"The short manager with black hair is slow! Went to exchange my online order and this incompetent person completely returned my order and didn’t exchange. She was so busy in my conversation while I was on my phone she didn’t pay attention to her job. Then I asked what did you do with the shirts I gave you to exchange, oh I thought I wanted me to sit here not in the counter with a dumb look on her face and had the nerve to talk smart to a customer after she messed up. I asked her to cancel the transaction and she claim it couldn’t be done which I know it could’ve been done. She’s incompetent"

"Clean well stocked good lighting. I was waiting on someone and ended up buying a sale item and saved about $25 on one item. Staff was very knowledgeable, nice, polite, and proactive. I was pleasantly surprised that I found something to buy and enjoyed the experience."

"This woman followed us around the store spraying us with Lysol. There was some other people not wearing a mask but she singled us out most likely because she didn’t agree with our sweatshirt that said “anti Biden social club”. Doesn’t matter what your political Views are this was disgraceful and embarrassing on her part. We will be sharing this on other platforms she should not be an employee at this store or anywhere else. There was a mature way she could have handled it and instead she chose to make a scene and behave in a childish manner. Disappointed."
