LOFT

"I had a really bad experience here. One of the workers some 50 year old women with glasses with short blonde hair tried insulting me for my size almost insinuating that I was too big to be looking for clothes in the petite section. For the record I am 5 ft and a size 6. So my size is a size 6 petite. The lady said "FYI your in the petite section" with a very unpleasant attitude. It's no one's business to be commenting on anyone's size and that's a very quick way to get customers running in the opposite direction of that store. Very unpleasant experience will not be returning."

"I went in today with a friend, we went in looking to buy something for both our mothers. One of the employees asked me if I needed help finding something in particular, and I nicely responded “no thank you, I’m just looking around for now”. She shuts blankly stared at me and I felt awkward. I walked away because that long stare and pause was making me feel uncomfortable as well. I walked towards my friend right afterwards and saw from afar that the employee kept her eye on us as if we were going to do something. It was honestly the worst experience ever. We were being followed/watched te whole time there. They need to hire better employees at this location, my friend and i felt completely disrespected."

"I had some Christmas gifts to return. Staff was very friendly and made the returns quick and easy. Put the credit on a gift card and I got more out of it than I returned, thanks to the after Christmas sales! I had never shopped at LOFT before, but I might be back now."

"I was not even in the store; just doing some window shopping with my PUBLIC ACCESS CERTIFIED service dog, when a sales associate (one with whom I have unfortunately transacted before) approached us from behind and basically shoved a mini hot dog into my dog's mouth. Of course, asking if the dog could have a treat or even if it would be okay to interact with the dog was so completely out of the question for this person. I emphatically yelled "no" repeatedly and was visibly upset. Upon seeing that this was perhaps not the best course of action, the sales associate slinked back through the doors of Loft, without offering so much as an apology. I continued rolling onward outraged and humiliated. Never again will I shop at Loft, as employees are clearly not trained to respectfully interact with mobility impaired adults and their service dogs."

"I love this brand...you can say I'm a loyalist, but in most recent visit, I stopped in. Upon entering the store and young lady came out of the back and started to straighten a clothing rack next to me. After a few moments of being ignored, I put the garments that had I back and left."
