"Love the store, and the layout & merch has gotten better than years past. But the music is ridiculously too loud. Like Club level. My friend and I couldn’t even talk. We left. And I intended to purchase. Don’t run away business because your clerk is not considering customers. Management, step in and set a comfortable level as background music. Not bass slamming your eardrums. Good music doesn’t have to be extremely loud."

"Good selection of clothes however, went to make a return and the cashier immediately refused us and was rude about it due to not having a physical receipt had it on my phone and showed her and she didn’t even glimpse at it. Went to the H&M in Oakbrook and they had great service looked at the receipt and made the exchange painless. Don’t want to go through that cashier here again"
"This is probably one of the best places to go to in the mall. If your looking for clothes for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place for men since the range of clothing they gave for them for good prices are definitely here. This place can be under stocked at times but it really depends at one times you come. The style of this store is definitely more business casual, simple, monotoned, to fast fashion (what’s trending but may not last that long). We ending up getting a suit and the price here was definitely worth it and the quality seems good. Apologies for the not best quality pictures. 5/5 will recommmend."
"At first it was a bit confusing to enter the store, you have to go inside the mall and then inside the store. Confusing since they are one of the shops that has an outdoor window / display. Went in for a return and was done in like two minutes, cashier was quick but little information. Store is pretty clean and well stocked, fitting rooms are a bit messy at times."
