"The worst employees and worst policy they wouldn't let me get the same thing in my size that I got for my birthday. I called to complain and no one answered literally never had an issue at other stores exchanging for the right size. The kids there were laughing too and being rude about it."
"I grabbed pants off the sale rack & when I went to pay the girl said it wasnt a sale but there were 20 of the same pants hung all around the same rack & she said she had to fix it but she has other projects to take care of super rude & unhelpful if it's on the sale rack it should be given to the customer. March 28 at 1130am i was there I will never go back"
"The workers are really in your space while you browse. My friend and I came to look at shirts and they took them to the counter to “make checkout faster” even though there was no line and the store was fairly empty. I thought it was nice so we didn’t have to carry them around. Then, we were checking out sunglasses and with workers in our space watching us browse we decided to checkout. One of the workers asked me to show her my pockets because she was under the impression we were stealing even though she saw me put the sunglasses back in their spot. I understand bad people are out there but you should invest in better security tags or other precautions rather than having your workers hounding customers around the store. The workers weren’t even being helpful or trying to play it off like “oh did you want to see more sunglasses” or making suggestions they were just being hella weird. Do better :)"
