"The orthotic fitter, Noi, was fine and even expedited handling of my shoe inserts in order to deliver before my vacation began. On the other hand, the office staff worked hard to assure my frustration and dissatisfaction, claiming the orthotic was not covered by my insurance and insisting on payment up front. I complied with their request and then checked with my insurer, who advised me that the only way to know if covered was to submit claim. When I requested that submission be made, Yanke staff relented and said they would do so but never did. I submitted claim myself and was reimbursed by insurance. Yanke billing apologized, then told me that insurers will often respond positively to insured but not to providers, undermining the apology and indicating that this is a well thought out policy on the part of Yanke Bionics. In my opinion this is not a business that puts its customer first. You be the judge..."

"Unless your insurance will not allow another company to provide DME use another place. Company is extremely disorganized and doesn't even verify any insurance prior to coming in for a fitting. Hours aren't always correct and it takes multiple follow up calls to ensure a prescription is processed."

Not only that, but he said if I develop a new pain in a different spot on my foot, bring the orthotics back, and he'll adjust them to react to the new problem. What?! A care provider that actually backs up his work? I recommend him to anyone that needs comfort in being able to stand, walk, or run on your feet."
