"My mother was rapid tested for COVID-19 back in November, and tested negative. We were supposed to get the results within 72 hours, and we ended up having to call them not once, but twice to get the results (after the allotted 72 hour period). It turns out that she was in fact positive for COVID-19 and ended up in the hospital after being retested in the ER. My mother said that the nurse who did the test in the ER put the swab much farther up into her nose than the nurse at BowTie. Three months later, and they’re calling and emailing us repeatedly to gouge us for more money. The woman on the phone said that they only had three months to file for insurance, and the deadline is here in a few days. Their procrastination in filing for insurance and their inability to call us with the correct results on time is a testament to how this place is run. We already paid, and I have the payment confirmation, so I don’t know why they’re trying to get more money from us, especially after being so incompetent and careless."

"It is a shame that this practice was unable for 2+ years to get there act together. All the ridiculous stressful phone calls with front staff, untimely appointments and made to feel a nuisance when this was my families doctors office. Dr. Kelli Buckner is a wonderful doctor. I hope that she can find a way to make this practice work or move on. A letter stating they will not be our doctor anymore showed up. Not a phone call but a word from the doctor. Not one time did I feel my families health was of importance to this office."
