"I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a professional setting at this place. After following all of the instructions of the therapist for the entirety of the appointment, he asked me if I was from Strongsville because of "how far I have my nose up in the air." And he said this in front of a student shadowing him! If you're from Strongsville, at least now you know what this guy thinks of you. Obviously, I took this as a straight insult to my face, and I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything. Nevertheless, I was still planning on going back, just to a different therapist. On my way to the appointment, the receptionist calls and asks if I was still coming. It was still at least five minutes before the start time of my appointment. I confirmed the time on the phone and asked why she was calling me before my appointment time as I've never had that happen from any office before. I told her that I actually changed my mind, and I am not coming anymore. That last example was more of nuisance and to less of an extreme as the straight insult from the therapist. I work in customer service so I know that even if you don't take a liking to the customer, it is part of the job to deal with that professionally. I am more of a quiet personality and said nothing that would have triggered an insult, so I was extremely taken aback. So to sum this up, make an appointment here if you want to be directly insulted by your physical therapist."

"This place is awesome. The physical therapists and office staff (Tuesday) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had physical therapy outside of a Cleveland Clinic facility so I didn't know what to expect. If you need physical therapy for half the price I would highly recommend this place."
