"Every one star review before mine sums up what I came to say, "unethical, greedy, rude, etc...". On one hand, I can understand the need to charge something extra, as we all know about inflation and how it's been lately, but on the other hand, it makes zero sense for someone who visits only for regular follow-ups and prescriptions. One could argue they are abandoning some patients, but that's another can of worms... It's just sad to see this place's transformation."

"At the end of December, I received a letter in the mail that this practice would be moving to a "membership fee" that you have to pay on top of the regular bills you pay to receive medical care. They said that if you chose not to pay this membership fee, you would no longer have a primary care physician as of January 12, 2024--so about a 3-week notice. My family and I were part of this practice for over 10 years but can't afford to pay the $2,000+ membership fee they're asking for a family. I thought the doctors in this practice actually cared about their patients, but they don't. All they care about is money. Now, my family and I no longer have a primary care physician. I've called countless primary care physician offices to get care for myself and my family, and it takes up to 6 months to get in as a new patient to any other doctor in Northeast Ohio. This is so unethical. Stay away and find a group of doctors who actually care about your health and well-being. I have never heard of doctors doing such a thing and have asked dozens of other people who were shocked and so put off that a doctor's office would ask for such a thing. Like most businesses, they only care about making money off the backs of sick people. It's so disgusting."

"The new membership deal is absolutely heartbreaking. After 15 years, I trusted Dr. King and never imagined I would lose her to such a greedy, elitist choice. I understand retirement, but this is terrible. I just had my yearly exam in November and now I don't know what to do if I fall ill. No doctor taking over us scabs, just pay up or bug off. I'm sure the wealthy clients will keep you in business."

"This practice is switching to a "subscription model" for access to a Dr. that I've been seeing for decades. I would need to pay 100 dollars a month to remain a patient of Dr. King. I'm appalled that Dr. CHRISTINE KING would even agree to something like this. I hope this business folds and they lose all their patients. The greed in the healthcare system is reaching a tipping point. I'm at a loss for words. How insulting to patients who have been around for decades. Disgusting business practice going on here. Edit: I spoke the the manager who told me that they are trying to go from 7,000 clients down to 500 hundred. So they are essentially cutting loose 6,500 loyal patients, in a time where it's extremely hard to find primary care doctor, so they can cater to their wealthy patients who can afford to pay these ridiculous payments. Yikes."
