"I went in for a covid test, I have severe anxiety and Kali and Tia were very caring, They were very understanding. I had to have paperwork faxed to my work releasing me o be able to go to work. They did just that faxed the results to my work before I even left the premises. I would highly recommend Kali ND Tia. Fantastic experience."

"This walk in urgent care is the best. They are so welcoming and nice. No matter how their day is going, they treat you so good. I drive 20 minutes to them just to go to their facility more than anyone else's. Even if I lived in another state I would drive to Them. That's how good they are. They are also very clean. I wish all the other hospitals and urgent cares. Would have staff members that treat people as good as this place does."

"I went here a few days ago for an upper respiratory infection, the appointment itself was fine and quick. I felt comfortable there and felt taken care of. I was prescribed two different medications and my pharmacy was only able to fill one prescription. My pharmacy contacted this urgent care MULTIPLE TIMES in order to get an alternative prescription and they refused to respond to them. When I called yesterday there was NO response. I called them again today to see what their issue was and why they were so uncooperative and unresponsive to MULTIPLE attempts from MULTIPLE people. I was told by whoever answered the phone that my pharmacy told them to tell me to just take an over the counter medication. I have been violently ill going on a week now and that's all they had to say to me. Even though their records show that I've been taking over the counter medication with little to no relief. Why prescribe a patient something and then go tell them to just use an OTC???? Unprofessional and uncaring."
