"There should seriously be a zero stars option . This is another classic example of an office that takes in too many patients to be able to truly care for the patients as individuals . There is no follow up ever on any condition you have or when they send you to specialist or for testing . It’s like they care less . I can never get a same day appointment which forced me to have to use urgent cares and emergency rooms which my insurance prefers I not do . The insurance wants you to make every effort to go to your primary care doctor. But trying to get in here is a joke and it’s always some excuse . I have ongoing conditions that I can’t even get scripts for without an office visit which is ludicrous . Especially when you can NEVER get in to see them ! Medical care is a joke here. By the time you get seen , you could already be too far along with a serious illness or heart issue or what have you . The staff is the RUDEST ,a theme I’ve come to find is synonymous with Kettering health in general . Will be seeking a new place to find primary care which will take months to get into as a new patient . Thanks a lot !! I strongly urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere if you seek CARE"
"First off I would like to make clear that Dr. Laura Striebel-Williams is a wonderful, competent, caring professional physician. I would highly recommend her! The staff however is mostly appalling. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because there was a nurse that was extremely friendly and warm. The rest, however, are unprofessional, borderline rude and lazy. I don’t like to post negative feedback but after today’s conversation via phone with the girl at the front desk, I was pushed over the edge! I am surprised they even get to keep their jobs, honestly. Sad to say but true!!"
"I have not had a chance to make it in the office and have had 2 interactions via telephone. I cannot believe the way the office staff is so rude, short and not caring. One lady acted like she didn't want to answer the phone and was very frustrated with my questions. The other lady was very fast speaking, cutting me off and short. If you can get past the office staff, please update on how the doctors are. They could have more patients if the office staff had more people skills. Good Luck, I decided to go elsewhere."
"I’ve been seeing Dr Bolden for 6 years and she is honestly the best physician I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. The front office staff, however, are almost always rude. They act like it’s a huge burden to deal with anyone and hang up on you frequently. If I didn’t adore Dr B as my PCP I would have left years ago."
"I called around 10 this morning for an appointment to be checked for a UTI. I am 17 weeks pregnant, and with it being a Friday, I wanted to get checked out before the weekend. My OB’s office closes early on Fridays, and I preferred to not have to go into an urgent care or minute clinic. Upon calling, I was scheduled an appointment at 2:00. When I arrived, the nurse walked me back, asked about my symptoms and told me to bring my urine sample and place it on the counter. When I came out, she was on the computer - I had to ask her what I needed to do next. She explained the dr was in with patients, but he would take a look at it and call me back. I could leave. I reminded her that I was pregnant and to please make sure a safe prescription was ordered for pregnancy. I left the office and waited 2 hours - no one called, and it was close to the office closing time. I left a vm with the LPN to please let me know the results of my urine test and if I needed a prescription. I explained again that I was pregnant and didn’t want to leave a UTI go on untreated for several days. No one returned my call. It is now close to 6 in a Friday evening, and I still have no confirmation if I have a UTI, and if I need a prescription. I will be calling around for a new office and leaving this practice."
