"Horrible customer service, rude, and don’t even send strep swab out to test for strep A. Went to another place and they immediately gave my child a nebulizer because of her severe wheezing. Will never go back here"

"They do their jobs but appointments are very slow. Anytime I make an appointment I end up waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time even though they ask you to arrive 5 minutes early."

"Had an appointment Wednesday to get a PCR test. The girl that registered me was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, did not know what she was talking about or doing, and spoke way too much about her personal life and issues. I have YET to get my results and they are not helpful at all. I have called several times with no call back from them as promised. I would suggest going to an urgent care or actual doctors office if possible. This place is a JOKE."

"The girl that was working the front for “registration” on 9/1/23 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs to keep her opinions to herself and not talk to patients about medical problems she doesn’t understand. Healthcare professionals should not make patients feel uncomfortable or like they are stupid."

"48 year old man shouldn’t have to beg for an antibiotic when half the people in my household has strep throat and I’m having the same symptoms. All strep test should be sent out for a culture but mine wasn’t. My daughter was and it came back positive days later (Fairborn location). Thankfully she is feeling better but now I have to make an appointment with a real doctor so I can be taken care of."
