Reviews
"I should have checked the reviews of this place before scheduling. I tried to schedule a new patient appointment and was informed the morning of the appointment that it was cancelled. This is after calling the day before to ensure that the appointment was confirmed since I had a work meeting at that time I would have to leave early. The reason given was that the doctor wouldn't be there."
"Have been sick with sinuses for a few days. Feel miserable. Had to do a video call appointment and the doctor was no help. I told her I thought I had a sinus infection and after telling her my symptoms she said yeah it sounds like sinuses. Then told me she wanted my body to fight it off on its own rather than giving me medicine to help. My chart clearly states I have seasonal allergies so fighting off sinuses on my own doesn’t work for me. Anyone can see and hear how miserable I am. All she said was that I’m young and to drink some hot tea. I have to go back to work in 2 days where I have to be active and work with kids and all she said was hopefully I’ll be feeling better by then. Worst doctor I’ve ever had an interaction with. Felt dismissed and she’d rather me be miserable than actually help me."
"I have been going here for years. Mayrand is the best doc! This whole office and staff are amazing. I'm not sure why people are disliking it but hands down it's the best doctor office. They have everything in this building that you could possibly need. Compunet, X-ray,scans,cardio, physical therapy are all under one roof. Every person I have ever been helped by (and that's almost everyone lol) have been nothing but nice and helpful."
"I love Abby she’s been my daughter’s doctor since she was born, BUT along with so many others I’ve been a few minutes late even with calling and being told up to 10 minutes late it’s okay and they still deny you. Not to mention having a sick infant and the hours say open but you call 5 times in over an hour and they continue to say their offices are closed to call a nurse on call! Maybe if a staff reads this you should update your hours on google, piss less of us mothers off who NEED their doctors"
"Worst doctors office I've ever dealt with. I spent months waiting for an appointment. I then spent $54 Ubering to make my appointment on time because my car broke down earlier that day. I called on the way informing them I may be a few minutes late. She said she needed to ask permission from the doctor directly, and he said that it was okay as long as it wasn't more than 10 minutes! I arrived 2 minutes - TWO MINUTES - late with prior approval, and was told by the receptionist that the doctor would not see me and to make another appointment. Then she proceeded to tell me that I "need to be more punctual and not show up late." I explained that I had just called and had approval directly from the doctor. She stated, "I don't care, I don't allow late appointments. Make a future appointment at a time you can actually show up for" while shoving a cheeseburger in her face. Fan-fukintastic customer service for seriously ill patients!!! I have severe cardiac problems and was turned away from care and medication I desperately needed. I had to sit in the heat for nearly an hour, waiting for another Uber to pick me up. No way I was staying in that place a moment longer with how rude the receptionist was to me! Ended up in the hospital that night. Several months later, I found out they billed my insurance for a full appointment and an EKG! Took me months to dispute it. Disgusting standards, morally bankruptcy practices, rude and incompetent staff. Avoid at ALL costs. This place should be shut down!!!"
