"All staff was so nice and welcoming! The office was nice and clean! The doctor was fast and thorough , and answered all questions! My total visit, was less than 30 minutes!"
"Everyone was great! Very clean facility as well. But Linda in registration was phenomenal, she took extra steps to help us figure out our insurance and other complications we were dealing with. Highly recommend!!"
"A busy place and a bit understaffed albeit on Super Bowl Sunday. Their sign-in process was efficient & straightforward, the nurse & assistant were professional, kind and even shared my humor. After a few brief physiological checks, even the nasal swab for COVID, flu & RSV was tolerable. End result was nothing found of concern. Just an uncomfortable viral issue that is significantly better with a scripted med. Kudos to all who helped!"
"Went in at 11:45 for a sore throat and believed it was strep. Got signed in there since I couldn’t find out where I could make an appointment. When she took my name the medical assistant said “guess your parents wanted you to be picked on” which by itself is rude. Told me to take a seat and my doctor would be out shortly. Sat for about 45 minutes, until I checked my MyChart and realized she had my appointment for 3:30. Mind you there was no one in the waiting room but me when I walked in. I went up to the desk and asked her why it said my appointment was at 3:30 and she said she moved it up to 2:45 with a smile. Now I’m unsure what her meaning of shortly is but I know it’s not 3 hours. So I had her cancel my appointment and I left. I’ve been to plenty of on demand centers and have never had to deal with on as badly as this. “On demand” does not mean you wait for 3 hours without even letting the patient know they would be waiting that long."
"I went in for a Chronic Sinus infection, without an appointment. The receptionist was wonderful and told us that I had 1 1/2 hour wait until we could see the Nurse Practitioner, and suggested that I go out for lunch and then return, which I did. On my return, I was able to see the NP, who was very proactive, and had Looked my medical history and prescribed the correct meds to cure my condition. The NP was very pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical attention."
