"My family made reservations for 6:30 pm for a party of 12. The entire party arrived by 6:15pm and was told at 6:30pm that the person who took our reservation did not notify the chef there at the time. Therefore, that person left, so we would need to wait at least an hour for the next chef to come in. We decided to wait and we're seated at two tables. Our party of 12 sat at the restaurant for about 20 minutes, and no one came to take our drink order. The restaurant was not very busy at all, so the wait didn't make much sense. Given the fact that we needed to wait on top of the increase in pricing, you think we would have received better service. Almost an hour had passed and still no chef, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I would think twice before choosing to dine here."

"This must’ve been our chefs first time cooking… we arrived at 5:15 but weren’t eating til roughly 8 o clock… As she apologized for our wait when she came out little did we know it was just the beginning. Slicing one zucchini at a time, one onion, everything was cooked one by one taking an eternity. Our waiter doesn’t appear to ask for refills on our beverages. Then we finally get to the cooking of our steaks, she asks us to tell her when they’re done?? aren’t you the “chef.” My partner asks for medium rare and she places it on the stove for 5 seconds and asks my buddy if he’s ready & he says yes thinking she knows how to cook. Cuts into his first piece and insanely red so my other partner shouts at him to get it back on the grille immediately. Instantly ruins my buddy’s first ever time here. After i was hyping this place up he expresses he’s not eating. Our sample shrimps were soggy on one side as they weren’t flipped properly. 3/4 friends were suggesting we get up and leave. We unfortunately stayed & payed our $400 bill. All i ask is that you have experienced chefs in this facility!!! The folks at the table next to us were seated at 6 and had an amazing time while their chef was interacting with them, doing tricks, making everyone laugh & not only that but knowing how to cook food properly!!! This was completely unacceptable. Not to note that all of the lights above the grille pointing down are covered in layers of dust it looks like they’ve never ever been wiped down. As we eat i’m sure it’s falling all over our plates. Very poor service. Below average food. Dusty environment. This place used to have potential! Someone get it back on track asap!!!"

"We came here for dinner. We had the shrimp and steak and scallops. The hibachi was great. Nice soup and salad. Good food and well seasoned. Nice show and engaging chef. Service was good except we didn't get the ice cream. We asked about it and waited for a while for her to come back but after 10-15 minutes we just left since they were wrapping up."

"I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! Took a minute to find someone to seat me, overall excellent food and service! I had hibachi chicken and calamari. Didn't really like the calamari, but overall, it was an excellent meal! Kudos to the chef!"
