Reviews
"Just a heads-up up: Caroline will not answer your call immediately, but she will text you, asking when it would be a good time to talk on the phone. Once you set a date, she will not keep it the first few times. You have to chase her down and call her for the phone consult. Once you are able to get her on the phone, she cuts right to the point. She makes it clear that she wants the generalized points and no personal information. She will cut you off repeatedly throughout the conversation. If you have additional questions or make a comment for clarification, she will cut you off and talk over you. She will then tell you to stop talking, and she will tell you that the conversation is finished. When you tell her that her tone comes across as demeaning, she will raise her voice and tell you that she will hang up on you. Also, she will not work with the courts. If she gets the hint that you or your spouse are not together, she will not accept your case. She only accepts private, non court related cases. In my case, I don't have the involvement of court, and I am interested in a private assessment, but because of the "potential" for court down the road, she will not even spend another minute answering follow up questions. I work in the healthcare industry. I have a license. I understand sometimes certain cases are not a good fit for what and how you are trying to practice. But the one thing healthcare professionals should not do is quickly dismiss a client on the phone if they have a couple of follow up questions, referring to people as "ma'am" or "sir" in a derogatory way, forcefully ending the conversation. Be aware that this woman sounds extremely money hungry. As soon as she finds out you will not serve her purpose, she won't spend another minute answering any more of your questions. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, given that this is her business. She is mixing business with healthcare. What a horrible combination. She sounds like an absolute nightmare, so keep this in mind if you decide to call her."
