"I am a 59 year old male who has had two different surgeries for strictures in my urethra. The first surgery was called a urethraplasty bucca, reconstructive surgery of the urethra. The second surgery was called a perineal urethrostomy, redirecting of the urethra. Both surgeries were extremely painful, performed at different health care facilities, both of which had very poor post surgery care. I was extremely fortunate to be referred to Lisa Loveless for my first surgery. I was in excruciating pain and didn’t even know what my pelvic floor was. Lisa taught me the function of my pelvic floor and how dysfunctional it became because of the surgery. Lisa taught me breathing exercises to get my diaphragm moving correctly. Lisa taught me different stretches to strengthen my core, diaphragm, and pelvic floor strengthening, and also how to effectively kegel. Lisa has spent countless hours on myofascial release, releasing tightness and pain within my pelvic floor. By Lisa performing all of these techniques I was able to restore my bladder control, relieve pain in my pelvic floor, and restore my quality of life. While Lisa was performing all of these techniques she was extremely professional and respectful of my privacy and care. Lisa will always ask you if you are comfortable with doing a procedure. Lisa will always tell you her next step before proceeding during therapy. My second surgery was the worst, the perineal urethrostomy, it changed my life from the surgical complications and my urological anatomy . I had to ask a lot more from Lisa. Everything that Lisa did for me after the first surgery, had to be done again. Lisa referred me to a wound care specialist because I had a difficult time healing from the surgery. I asked of Lisa what my surgeon and urologist should have willingly wanted to do after the surgery. Lisa has done further research on my condition. She has consulted with her colleagues on different treatments for my condition. I have asked more from Lisa than any other health care professional in my life. She has a can do attitude. Lisa doesn’t ever give up. I would recommend Lisa to any male for pelvic floor therapy."

"I have been seeing Gina Croft for PT since May 4th for treatment of residual weakness in my right hip due to a complication following a total hip replacement in 2021.
