"You actually get NO STARS. I didn't have my insurance ID card because I recently moved. They would not see me without it as they need a front and back copy of it. My insurance app kept giving me an error so I couldn't pull it up on the App. And the Insurance Company said it will take a few days for their IT department to fix it. They fixed it shortly after I left. But I would not go back to them. Needless to say I was not seen. I know they have rules and regulations however, all they had to do was make a phone call to verify my coverage. God forbid that was too much to ask. I went across the street to Walgreens and bought a Walgreen brand of Nyquil and Walgreen brand of cough drops and resolved the sickness with God's help. ****And I was the only patient.**** They will lose more business because they are building a UH Urgent Care literally across the street and patients will go there instead."

"I was unfortunately bit by my own dog and needed some help with the wounds. Everybody was incredibly professional, efficient, and still welcoming. They even made me feel better about the whole incident and that was beyond. If you need urgent care attention, I highly recommend them!"

"I went for a physical appointment for my recent employer and this was the most horrible experience I’ve had at a physical appointment process for new employment. I waiting awhile hour in the waiting room only for the medical assistant whom seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there to call me up to the front window and ask my information and tell me the wait was going to be even longer wait time instead of informing me how behind they were when I 1st arrived to the clinic. I would never recommend coming here for any services you’ll be directed to sign and and sit down only to wait an entire hour before then can even begin process you to be seen. Awful awful awful people working there with terrible attitudes and unprofessional demeanor."

From the common upper respiratory infection to diagnosis of a more severe problem. After several visits to hospitals in our area w/ no success of the correct diagnosis Dr. Young literally ordered tests and I was able to have surgery and have the situation corrected. He has a great staff and they are prompt, professional & caring. Greatest in the Area!!"
