"There website shows that there are appointments available and also states that walk-in appointments are available and welcome. I tried multiple times to schedule, getting to the appointment confirmation page but then receiveing a message that there was an error. Finally I decided that I would just try the walk in. There was absolutely no one there and I was told that I couldn't receive care because they were double booked. I explained the issue trying to schedule, and was told they were double booked. I asked if I could wait for a cancellation, because again...there was not a single person there ...and I was told no. There are very few options for veterans to receive care. CVS is one of the only places to receive care other then the VA hospital. So after being repeatedly denied care by CVS I will have to waste the VA's time and resources to be seen at the Emergency room for an ear infection."

"Had an ear infection but was told I'd be ok to fly for work in a couple days. I flew and when I was in the air I thought my ear drum was going to burst. Now I've been stuck across the country unable to fly home. Sound advice"

"They billed my insurance incorrectly and when I called the billing line they told me they can’t fix it because they don’t have anyone to make outbound calls so I have to have my insurance call them and MAYBE they can fix it. Terrible customer service and business design."

"I originally had a Appointment @ the clinic in Clifton CVS and yesterday I was told she couldn't do urine sample because toilet was down . ANYWAYS was scheduled in today for the clinic in North Olmsted and it was quick and speedy and Nurse Bre Schwarzer was professional and very nice. Also the Nurse that originally helped me @ Clifton location was great to (I forget her name) . Thank you all for what u do and put up with ."

"I was going in to treat my ear infection. Since I got turned away twice by urgent care. I thought this was next best. But when I signed up they gave me several options of time when to be seen. I was under the impression that I would be seen sooner. And my day wasn't open for me to come back later. If your in a hurry this might not be best for you. If you have some time later I would go in and check what's available before spending hours at an er."
