"The team, customer service and overall service in general were amazing. They go above and beyond, I came into town to visit family for the Holiday and not only did they fit me in at the last minute, but the owner opened up on a Saturday to finish the grooming. I highly recommend 4 Paws Spa. You can tell that they honestly care about the pets and that they genuinely love what they do. I will definitely be returning customer. Thank you Jo!"

"I hope you are not planning on having your dog groomed as promised 3x to groom our puppy by this person. Never called us back and realized it was just a lie to appease us. New appt , new groomer tomorrow. Could have just been honest and said she was too busy. Good luck here"
