"From making the emergency appointment, to car check in, which was mind-blowing. I've never felt so calm and able to express. Such patience and thoroughness. I've had terrible experiences taking my cats to various vets and feel traumatized, so their gentle caring easy going nature made every bit of difference. My baby boy ended up having leukemia and we gave him mercy. It was late and cleaning crew was there, but they weren't concerned with the time we wanted to take with our baby. They even apologized for the noise. The way they handled my baby and themselves was heartwarming, despite the ultimate. Thank you all so much. Also, the wall art in cat room 2, was so comforting to me. I so appreciate your willingness to take care of us."
"They recently raised my dogs medication prices. I don't know if this occurred with other veterinarians on this medication or not. The office seems fairly well organized and people are friendly. The Saturday afternoon hours are a big help."
