"I was honestly hesitant to go to someone without more reviews. But wow was this worth it! Very nice, calming and relaxing experience. I would caution going if you have not tried mediation before, this just enhances your experience, if you haven’t it’s not a big deal. She is VERY calming. While I was going down I really didn’t think this would work. But I shut that off and allowed her to walk me through the process. After I came out I knew I felt different. I was hypnotized for smoking. I am now over a month without a cigarette and quit cold turkey. I was smoking upwards of 6-9 cigarettes a day and had been for over 6 years. I have ZERO cravings- although food tastes amazing now. I have minimal withdrawal symptoms (I had the runs for a couple of days). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are trying to quit smoking. My mom actually went herself to be hypnotized!! Worth the money!! Worth your time!!"
