Doug was caring, compassionate and concerned in developing a course of core strengthening and a home program to now continue. He took ample time at each session to explain the whys and wherefores while reviewing progress along the way and continued expectations as he guided me through his recommended program....with very positive results for my back issues. I can't say enough...so personable and professional. And, Jen at the front office warmly welcomed my wife and me at each visit....also very personable and professional as she arranged my sessions and kept us updated on benefits. Overall, my physical therapy experience at Mallers & Swoverland has been over the top."

Every now and then over the last 5 years or so I have had their care for a congenital condition. The team manages one's overall care to ensure success. "First, Judy was so friendly and did a great job scheduling my appointments. Allison was exceptionally professional in her treatment. She listened carefully, then helped me understand my condition. She put together a program, then modified it as we worked over several weeks. She got me out of pain, and eventually to a point where I am able to proactively manage my condition on my own. I really felt that Allison took an interest in me as a person. I appreciate the fact that I had just one therapist, Allison, throughout my treatment, and during my appointments I was her sole focus. This is becoming less common throughout the medical field, but it really makes a difference in the quality of the whole experience. "I can't even put into words how much Doug has helped me through so many body troubles over the years. I recently had another back surgery, this one was the big one! I went to Doug with such bad nerve pain in my leg and not much mobility in it either, so much numbness around my lower back and legs too. His techniques are without a doubt the best I have ever seen. He is so focused on the issues at hand, and you can tell he genuinely cares, and he wants you to get better. When I was told I would need therapy after surgery, I was given a list of many options, I told the nurse I didn't need that list, as I wanted to be signed up with the one I know and trust.
