"If I could give a zero, I would. These people are terrible at communicating, unless they need to cancel a session for their own personal reasons. I have asked them on numerous occasions, how long are the sessions supposed to last. One person said that it's based off growth, not how many sessions you complete, the other person said my son had 9 more sessions, but they both said they were unsure and would have his counselor give me a call. The counselor still has not reached out to me and I have asked this question several times in the last three months. Completing counseling is a part of my son getting off home detention, now they are saying he has to do X amount more sessions before completing the program, my thing is this, if it's based off sessions, and not personal growth, why does he have to stay on three extra weeks due to the company cancelling the day of the session do to their own personal reasons?? They never even tried to make the sessions up, and I still have not spoken with a supervisor or his direct counselor yet!! They don't share any progress or give any type of feedback. This place has to be the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with, They seem to really not care. My thoughts now is that they just want as many sessions as possible to get the money, since it seems it has nothing to do with personal growth. My son said they talk about the same thing almost every time he goes. They are in dire need of new management, and counselors who actually give a damn."

"You do not want to use this service. The only good employees were Britney and Moses. It would be to your benefit to choose one of the other available services. I do want to add there were a couple other good employees...However, they quit and never returned....The reviews the employees that had worked for Quality Counseling and left shows that it wasn't only Clients that were treated terribly..."
