"I had a great experience doing an EMDR intensive with Jessica Zimmerman. I'm also an EMDR therapist and approved consultant and I wanted to work with someone who is seasoned in our field. I spent two days working with Jessica and was able to accomplish all of the goals that I had established during our initial meeting. Intensives are an investment, but most definitely worthwhile. Especially if your schedule makes it difficult to come to therapy weekly or biweekly. Highly recommend!"

"Not the worst ever, but it didn't really get bad until the end. I was told it was telehealth only on the one day I had appointments, and there were barely other slots available. This is extremely ableist, as some folks don't have their own internet available to them, or a quiet place they can utilize for a call. If you are going to push your clients aside like this, maybe you shouldn't be in therapy. Or at least give more warning than 2 days? Extremely rude. Also, if your front desk "assistant" is so overworked, maybe hire another person to help so you don't get a ton of angry reviews. Also, making sure your clients know that insurance prices have changed and suddenly tripled the cost of one appointment would be wonderful instead of just expecting us to find out on our own. In response to your response, this provider is switching one single day of the week to telehealth only, which has zero to do with any of what you said. If it was all her stuff, I get that. But JUST the one day? Not a good look."

"will accept you as a new patient give you paper work to fill out schedule you an appointment then after you send the paper work back receive a text saying they're no longer accepting new patents and be told your old therapist shared private information from an older company she worked at about me now all of a sudden nobody here is accepting new patients complaints filed with BBB and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights beware very unprofessional if you need help with mental help go somewhere more trust worthy and not somewhere where co workers gossip about your own personal history instead of trying to help someone in need !!!"
