"The rooms were clean and what we loved about it was the smell of the cleanliness of the entire building. The breakfast was awesome every morning. Me and my wife will be visiting again and staying here for sure."

"The staff here is fantastic! From the hellos the moment you walk in the door to the end of the night when we were all hanging out in the lobby they were so gracious! They did a great job with our large group and making sure we all had a great stay as well as keeping us all together on one floor. The location is with 1 minute walk of all the restaurants on the main strip on Wooster! The rooms are a little outdated but that means nothing as we were never really in there, and the staffs kindness, efficiency, and care really make up for anything you may not "love" about the hotel itself. Also their complementary breakfast was AWESOME! Honestly better than a lot of restaurants and the employee who was working made sure everyone was fed and had what they wanted, I felt like I was at breakfast at a family members home with how well she took care of us."

"Check in wet, smooth, and the rooms are clean and well. Appointed period as I was unloading my luggage off. The motorcycle the gal who checked me in indicated. I could park the motorcycle right on the sidewalk next to the front door. Off the charts hospitality And kindness and consideration. If I could give this place 6 stars I would."

"Literally from the moment I stepped in the building until the moment I left that staff was absolutely amazing and there are no words to describe how appreciative I am of everyone there. A huge shout out to Elisa and Helen And of course we have to give credit where it’s due, General Manager Theresa keep doing what you’re doing. You have an amazing staff nothing less. Will definitely be using Best Western more often on my travels after this experience."
