"Great room, clean and well lit. We have stayed in their hot tub suites here before. Always clean and cant beat the price! Upon exit the staff was not very with it at office and few hours later our card showed dbl billing for a one nite stay. A phone call fixed this. But would definately recommend this for a cpl or family staying. Pool area looked lovely from our balcony."

"besides the place being in BFE the Service by all front employees = TERRIBLE & RUDE!! Seemed like the smallest of questions came with an attitude. Room was updated for the most part but exceptionally dirty. Bare min cleaning at best. BEWARE!! The next morning my husband woke up with red bites on his back and back of thigh. BEWARE!!! the pool was absolutely disgusting aswell. hot tub had a bandaid floating in it that staff didn't clean up either day we were there. ZERO STARS"

"This hotel was perfect! The location was right up from downtown Wooster, the staff was friendly and the rooms and hotel were very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast had a nice selection. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to the area!"

"Seemingly safe location and quiet. It was a nice room- the only complaints I had were minor. the water pressure wasn’t great for the jacuzzi room, so it took forever to fill the tub up, and the jets didn’t work. The towels and the pillows are honestly pretty small. Breakfast was meh but keep in mind you’re not paying for a five star restaurant. The bed made a loud noise if you rolled over the one side. But other than that, it was a comfortable stay, quiet, and clean. The pool area looked nice too. Would recommend."

"You won't be disappointed in this hotel. Clearly, it is not a 5 star hotel. However, it is way worth the price you pay. The staff was attentive and helpful both checking in and when leaving. Breakfast buffet was out of bacon by 9:30. So ear early risers will benefit. All and all, the buffet offered a good variety, and I would suggest trying the excellent waffles. I would be amiss if I didn't mention the linens and pillows. They do an outstanding job with these items. Surprisingly, it was very comfortable, crisp, and smelled great. Lastly, several small touches in the room made you feel well taken care of. Good job, Quality Inn"
