"checked in, laid my children down for bed got up to go to the bathroom and seen a roach in the bathroom in the shower in room 147 , immediately called front desk was told i had to wait for Saleem the manager in the morning , got offered a new room and i couldn’t move all my belongings and children alone so i declined the offer and killed the roach after the pictures were taken and realized nobody was coming from the front desk to check it out. i went down in the morning the manager denied he was the manager and said “no refunds” and gave me 10% off my next visit. this motel is a damn joke. i warned the people next to my room that there was a roach in room 147 because i seen they had a lot of luggage. i got a non smoke room and everything had burn holes and couldn’t sleep from the sound of people breaking down pills all night."

"We make reservations with Gerard and we're told it would be ok to check the room before we stayed. When we got there, the parking lot was in bad shape. We went into the office and they were in a locked up area behind glass. Made us feel really safe about staying there...Not! We asked to look at the room and check for cleanliness. The clerk got offended and was extremely rude. She asked how many rooms we eould need tolook at. Only the one we would be staying in, we answered. Then she said they couldnt have people doing that because of covid. And basically said if have to look at the room you should go somewhere else. So we followed her advise and left. Mark that one off our list!"

"It was a smoking allowed room (it was all that was available), Having a smoke smell is too expected, but what was NOT expected was multiple cigarette burn holes on all the bedding, counters, toilet seat and in the bathtub! (please replace the top comforters). The sink was cracked, everything was REALLY old, bathroom fan and light are on one switch but the fan is super loud and thunky."

"If they cleaned the walls in the freaking bathroom cleared the cobwebs might not of been so many spiders. Also can you please get rid of the 1970s comforters and blinds..? Oh and maybe a decent comforter that doesn’t have BURN holes on it? In a NON smoking room. I’ve stayed here before and it just seems like the rooms get worse and worse."

"This place just needs to be shut down. It was absolutely disgusting I felt dirtier in the room after a shower then I did after my long car ride. Took a shower and my feet were black just walking around for a few min. Absolutely outdated. Like pretty sure this is the exact stuff used in the 70s. Smelled of cigarettes and mildew. Opened the side table drawer the entire thing just fell apart. Shower had black marks and soap scum as if it had never been washed. Hair all over the tub. Toilet had yellow and black all over the back like it never been cleaned. Paid almost a 100 when I probably would have slept better in the car honestly. It's insane how bad it is. Holes in carpet. Furniture looks like it was picked up at a dump. Dirty microwave. Just bad bad bad if you have children please do not stay here. UPDATE: while trying to leave a man next door who was clearly beyond drunk and/ or on drugs came out making weird comments to me and my mom trying to get my kids in the car. Started yelling and cussing, pounding his chest, and pacing as we were speeding out as quick as possible. Beware if you are traveling alone or with children. Please be safe and bot stay here."
