"Very disappointed with the bar and restaurant. Bartender refused to serve anything at 930p.m. and even though we were told serving food until 10p.m. and also told another couple that they were closed. Plus the elevators don't work properly. Only 1 works out of the 3. They should put up signs doesn't work or out of service. I reserved a room over a month ago for $89 so why was my total $129 when reserved for the show?"

"If not for location, this place would garnish negative stars. The rooms are old and falling apart. For example, the ceiling is clearly damaged and cracking in various spots. The water pressure is all but lost. I could shower under my faucet in the tub as easily as under the shower head due to the lack of pressure to sufficiently power the shower head. As I type this, I can see foam spray insulation falling from the cracks in the roof, between the inner wall and ceiling, and hear it hitting my suitcase. The room hasn't been dusted in eons and the AC looks like it needs reassembling. I will pause to do that. Oh, and I am connected to my cellular hot-spot to type this - their WiFi does not work. I can barely fit a chair between the table and bed I am typing on as the entire room feels crowded, not cozy and somewhat Shining-esque. Parking lot is a fun obstacle course of potholes and other road paraphernalia. Food service is non-existent. I watched a family wait 2+ hours for nothing. Probably better to order in. I would categorize this as an option, only if you need one and are so desperate that sleeping in your car is NOT an option. >>Read sports, esp. hockey"

"I’ve worked and stayed here before. The reasons why the front desk cannot answer the telephone faster is because it’s ringing non stop and people are arriving almost at the same time.. Probably because the rates are cheaper compared to other hotels. Every night I have 30 to 50 arrivals and after you checked in 10 people it goes back to 30 to 50 again because lots of people are booking at the last minute. The best time to call is between 3am and 6am or else your call may not be answered right away.."

"DO NOT stay here. I came for a simple overnight trip because we were leaving early for a flight and it was an absolute nightmare. The front counter man said my deposit fee "didn't go through" then woke up to multiple transactions the next morning on my bank account. He also said my personal information out loud for all to hear which is a huge security issue. Hotel staff should NOT be saying your name and room number out loud. I am a single mom and was traveling with my son, the front counter man said all of my personal info aloud around other male guests standing around counter. I felt so uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at all and our room was not clean. I filed a formal complaint with Best Western. Stay elsewhere!"

"We stayed here during a hockey tournament, they need to remove this hotel from their list. I feel bad for the staff, they are definitely understaffed and run ragged. They look miserable and tired. Only 1 elevator worked, out of 3. Rooms still being cleaned late into the night. And the poor lady over in the pub/bar/restaurant, oh I just wanted to jump in and help her. She was running everything because they sent the other lady home BEFORE the evening rush. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was moldy and mildewy because the have no exhaust fans (toilet is not bolted to the floor). Breakfast was not worth waiting forever in line for. As we were checking out you could clearly see the cleaning crew laying on beds playing on their phones. It was NOT worth the nearly $150/ night we paid (stay to play hockey tournament price)."
