"These people are absolutely out of their minds. Wanted $15,720 down in order to lease a $1300 apartment because my co signer is out of state. 6 months deposit. Cheaper to buy a house. An absolute joke. New York City doesn’t charge close to that. Corporate and management of this place really needs to get a grip and figure out how to run a proper and fair business. What a waste of time."

"The absolute worst management I’ve ever come across. They tried to evict us over our cats who we paid a deposit for and monthly for. After a month of them saying “there’s nothing we can do” they dropped the court case 1 day before the court date. Fast forward to move out and they took my whole security deposit and i say I owe them an additional 300. I spent a solid 2 days cleaning and they said I left the apartment a mess. I wouldn’t have cleaned at all if they were just going to lie and say the place was a mess. These people just want your money and nothing else. My neighbors were very nice but thats the only nice thing I can say about living here."

"Edit: I can’t comment on the company’s response but this review was made after I contacted them and they said that nothing was going to change. They claimed there were photos of how “disgusting” we left the apartment when we took hours to clean so they lie as well to charge you more. They do not take concerns into consideration or value your input. The polo club is not communicative and you will end up paying more due to their lack of communication skills. I do not recommend this space or company."

"This place is far from luxury. No security locks on any buildings with the original green carpet and brown paint job, but you won’t see that on your tour. Carpets are worn down (cleaned multiple times and straight black), old windows, nothing is updated. Come summer time, your AC will be on for 10 hours but the temp will go up 2 degrees. And if your lucky, your neighbors noisy AC will vibrate through your walls for a nice white noise."

"This place is absolutely amazing. The apartments are gorgeous, the location is perfect, and you get your own garage included in the price of rent. On top of that the management staff is fantastic. Chris was my leasing agent and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and helping me secure the apartment. If Chris wasn't in yet or on a certain day I had questions about leasing the apartment Layla stepped in and assisted us despite not even being our leasing contact. They are all so helpful. Chris made both touring the apartments and my move in so enjoyable. Along with this Jen has been amazing since move in. She reached out to confirm a work order was done and immediately addressed a couple of questions I had. Maintenance was in my apartment the same day I requested them to take a look at something and a follow up email was sent to ensure I was good to go. I am so happy with the apartment and even more so the amazing people that rent them!"
