"The guy at the front was not helpful at all. The lobby and outside of the property was very dirty. I checked in and the room was filthy. You can tell they don't care and the room hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I had it booked for 2 days. After checking the room, I went to give him the key back. I told him the issue and he response was I'm charging you for 1 night. So, just don't stay there, it is that bad."

"Nice people and all, but just don't. The place is a disaster and I hope I didn't bring bugs back home with me.. Jesus can't even save this place..im sorry but the place is a write off. The dust clunks on the beds headboards.. need's Jesus .. the dead cockroaches on the floor, that place needs Jesus. For the love of god don't stay here. Ps. I'm not religious."

"Room was not clean, bedding with odor. Dead mouse on floor next to room entrance door. People down the hall were playing load music and very noisey at approximately 6 am. Another guest was screaming and the police showed up. Front desk staff were courteous."

"Close off I-75S Google maps posted room prices at $100/night. Wrong, our room was 2 queens for $132 plus ALL the taxes. No breakfast, but coffee/tea was furnished. The front counter person was pleasant. Room: Floor was laminate and felt like you were walking downhill as it was sloped weirdly. The floor needed swept and mopped. You could hear my shoes sticking to the floor as I walked. Smudges on other surfaces as well. Corners and baseboards haven't been cleaned in a while. We turned on room fan to drown out noises. Overall, for what it cost, it should have been at least cleaner, but being a late check-in, we didn't have too many options. If you're looking for a place to stay, keep driving."

"Got to the hotel Sunday Sept 10 2023. Man by the door, with a case of beer, drunk, on phone yelling and swearing with a woman smoking beside him. Walked in and the woman came from outside to behind the counter. She apologized for the man and said he is having family drama. Then man came in, opened the door to behind the counter, went in and sat his case of beer down behind the counter. Ok that isn't a good sign. The walk to the room was kind of scary. The building looks to be in very poor shape. The laundry area they do sheets and bedding in is very dirty. The hallway is poorly lit, it reminds me of a crack motel or a place hookers that a client. The room was disgusting. The floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time. It's obvious. The bathroom was dirty. Paint peeling off walls. Dirty AC unit looked to have mold. And a box of condoms in the top drawer of the dresser. That was enough.... I suggest if you are a family coming to see the Ark or even just a clean, respectable, human being looking for a comfortable, clean and safe room....stay at the comfort inn in dry ridge. The rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast and a pool etc.... I booked a room with them while standing in the gross room at red roof . I told the woman at the counter as I handed the key back, I'm not even going to ask for a refund but we are not staying here, thank you. I WAS NOT having my kids sleep at the red roof location in dry ridge. Very disappointed."
